you indicate the MF needs to have ilde time for the use in continuity (cooperative multitasking) and this function is based on the ability of the CLR to provide a multithreading capability for the application (however, as HAL is concerned there is one thread is the CLR).
"this indicate that the CLR can consider the application a single thread and would not need to perform the idle time operations".
can we guaranty that the CLR does not perform idle time? how?
can we perform now a single thread application for control purpose with no idle time allowed?
this would allow the use of board as a motor controller in Micro-HSM (high speed machining) where data feed to the motor drivers is required continuously. Any delay even micro second would result is burning the micro tool of the device.
such capability would exist only in the high end industrial controllers, However, a low cost controller for micro-machining does not exist?
